My Home Bargains .. Terms of Use Agreement
This agreement covers use of this web site (www.myhomebargains.co.uk) and
associated websites of same group. This agreement further extends to
include all subdomains of these main web sites. The terms ‘we' ‘us' and
‘our' in this agreement shall mean the RMC Medical group of websites as
described above, and term ‘You' shall mean the user of these sites.
PLEASE READ AND REVIEW THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEB SITE.

Welcome to My Home Bargains. This Web site is based in UK. This Web site and its
contents are designed to comply with standard laws and regulations.
1. Acceptance. By using this site and all related sites you agree to
be bound by and to comply with this Terms of Use Agreement. We reserves
the right to change these terms from time to time, as it deems to be
necessary. We will always post notice of those changes, and the date
that they become effective, within the current Terms of Use Agreement on
the Web site. You may view the current applicable version of this Terms
of Use Agreement at any time through a link at the bottom of main page
of this site.
2. Scope. The terms of use set forth in this agreement apply only to
your use of myhomebargains.co.uk and it's related services and web sites. Our other Web sites and their independent
sub domains may have separate terms of use.
3. General Information/Conditions. This is a private website to support our sales on ebay. It's a non commercial venture. All items displayed on this site are previously purchased by us within UK and all duties and VAT already paid accourding to local UK selling rules. All items for sale are actually classed as "private reselling" even if items are brand new. Source of original purchase of item is usually displayed within the item description.

these Web sites, as appropriate. Your access to and use of the
information contained herein is subject to this Terms of Use Agreement
and all applicable laws. By accessing and browsing these Web sites, you
accept, without limitation or qualification, this Terms of Use Agreement
and acknowledge that it supersedes any other agreement between you and

this website is linked to the secure server of Paypal. We do not deal
with any payment processing directly. Our sites only provide links to
the official Paypal web site to handle any transactions securely.
Therefore we can not take any responsibility for any transactions issues
whatsoever. Your use of this facility is entirely at your own risk and
we will not be accountable for any faults, transaction problems in any

10. Consequences. We reserves the right to suspend or terminate your
